Since EU brain imaging data are considered personal, contracts (i.e., data-use agreements) must be set up between authors and users, which in turn implies that users must be identifiable. ONLY INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES Click here to register.
To transfer EU personal data outside EU or to adequacy countries, someone from the legal department at your institution must agree and sign the EU standard contractual clauses, available here SCC_controler2controler.docx. This is a non-negotiable legal document about personal data. If they agree, they can contact us directly/send us the signed document - once we have that, we will need to validate your ID with a video call, and any of the data becomes available, upon signing dataset-specific DUAs (some are online signing, some need the data owner to agree)
Each dataset comes with a Data User Agreement that sets the licensing terms between authors and users. At the moment, you can request data access via the download button from the PublicnEUro catalogue.
Once you have registered, requested a dataset, and signed the DUA, you can download the dataset at any time, either using a web browser or via the command line, using a link you receive by email. LINKS ARE ACTIVE FOR 72 HOURS ONLY, but you can request a new one at any time via the web interface.
To download data you can either click the link you will receive by email or use the command line:
bash >> wget -qO- https://datacatalog.publicneuro.eu/api/cli.sh
This will prompt you to enter your email, password, the PublicnEUro (PN) ID, and the folder that you want to download (use / for the entire dataset).
